As VP of business development for, Robert defined, and deployed the company's 1st ASP service offering to wireless operators in North America. He established distribution alliances with 65% of North American SS7 network providers to wireless operators.  And, he secured and managed contracts with Edge Wireless, Cingular and Cable & Wireless in the regions first two deployments of one-way/two-way wireless Internet content delivery. 

As VP of Sales & Marketing for Inteledigm Communications, Robert created and implemented the sales and marketing strategy, including developing the branding & value positioning of The Agency Applet.

As Asia Pacific Manager for GTE Telecommunications Services, Robert secured the regions first contracts and created an industry 1st roaming solution that overcame ITU and ANSI protocol incompatibility. These relationships led to orchestrating the company's first SS7 over IP solution to the region, which interconnected 6 operators from Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, and Australia.  Robert was responsible for Asia Pacific's regional development and implementation of account strategies, liaison to product management, contract negotiations, and the primary regional contact for GTE Telecommunications Services.
